2023 represents two milestones in the evolution of Award Staffing: 1) building upon our brand’s core focus of “connecting people through meaningful work,” and 2) celebrating 35 years of business. As we look to the future, our team has developed a comprehensive branding strategy focusing on clarity and consistency.
Our mission is to be the leader in connecting people to meaningful work. Our brand approach centers around the three core pillars: Connections, Collaboration, and Community.

This approach will be the most apparent in Award Staffing’s 35-year logo design. The logo is designed abstractly, where the numbers “3” and “5” merge in a Venn Diagram-type structure, where Award’s traditional Teal and Lime Green colors create pastel Purple.
The use of a Venn diagram-type merger represents Award Staffing’s commitment to connecting people and businesses, while the addition of Purple to our branding color palette represents our business evolution.
