Client Relationship Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Client Relationship Coordinator ("CRC") is responsible for operational and strategic aspects of a client account, ensuring client satisfaction, program success, and overall profitability. The CRC is the staffing and management support for all Award Staffing contract employees on assignment. The CRC is responsible for other duties and responsibilities as specifically directed by the client. 

Position Requirements:

  • Prior on-site staffing experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
  • Janitorial Industry experience preferred.
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills.
  • Exceptional ability to problem solve, strategize, and influence.
  • Ability to work a very flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

Position Functions:

• Act as liaison and represent Award and the client in a professional, courteous and knowledgeable manner.
• Perform duties as specifically directed by the client.
• Create and generate daily and weekly reports.
• Work with client managers to address employee relations issues in a confidential and objective manner.
• Ensure workplace safety for Award employees. Follow proper reporting of workplace injuries. Provide appropriate injury avoidance and safety training.
• Document all personnel issues and maintain personnel files up-to-date.
• Conduct all on boarding processes including orientations and training.
• All duties/actions inherent with day-to-day management of Award personnel and the accompanying documentation.
• Meet with management on a regular basis to monitor quality, access upcoming needs, new or changing issues, etc. • Interview and hire on-site on a regular basis consistent with the customer's needs.
• Facilitate group meetings or roundtables with Award personnel to inform, train, reiterate policy, gather feedback, etc.
• Provide backup to other CRC staff when needed.

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, and stand for long periods of time. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 

Work Environment:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, and the majority of the work is conducted outside, so the CRC must be able to work in all weather conditions.
