What precision measuring tools do you regularly use, and how do you perform in-process inspections during a run?
If a part starts drifting out of tolerance during a run, what steps do you take to correct it?
Have you made edits to CNC programs at the machine, such as adjusting offsets or feeds and speeds? If so, what kind of changes?
Do you have experience with G-code/M-code programming, CAM software, or multi-axis or live-tooling lathes? If yes, please describe.
