Mix/Mill – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Mix/Mill
• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience in material mixing, compounding, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation.
• Comfort with repetitive and precision work.
• Required to lift up to 25 lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares and processes raw silicone and plastic materials by mixing and milling to create compounds used in medical device manufacturing.
• Weigh and mix materials per batch records and formulas.
• Operate mixing and milling equipment.
• Monitor material consistency, color, and quality.
• Maintain documentation, material traceability, and equipment cleanliness.
• Work in cleanroom environments.
