Shipping and Receiving Associate – 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Associate
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$22.00/hr
• Location: Rockford, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday- Thursday 12:30PM-9PM and Friday 8:30AM-5PM
• Training on first shift (6am-2:30pm). After 1-2 months, will be transferred to second shift.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Shipping & Receiving.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to lift 50 plus pounds repetitively.
• Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Preferred experience handling hazardous materials.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and damage.
• Verify shipment paperwork (COAs, SDS).
• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Ensure orders are accurate and shipped within 24 hours.
• Safely load and unload trucks.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and inventory.
• Handle and move 15, 30, and 55-gallon drums.
• Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, placards).
• Follow proper procedures for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.
• Support team efforts to improve efficiency and workflow.
