Customer Service Rep

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Customer Service Rep
• Pay Rate: $22.00/hr
• Location: Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8AM- 5PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
• Detail orientated.
• Reliable.
• Presentable/customer facing.
• Trainable.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures an exceptional customer experience is delivered to both external and internal members of the sales team and customers.
• Receives customer orders via email, fax and phone.
• Accurately enters orders in QAD.
• Selects the appropriate product from finished goods following the first in first out methodology.
• Packs shipments carefully following documented Work Instructions.
• Creates accurate shipping labels.
• Effectively resolves customer issues and complaints, escalating when appropriate.
• Maintains accurate customer records in QAD and other internal systems.
• Meets or exceeds established service-level expectations, including response time and quality standards.
• Strictly adheres to confidentiality and data privacy requirements.
• Communicates clearly with internal teams to address customer needs and follows up on requests in a timely manner.
• Works with customers, outside representatives, and all relevant internal departments to process product returns.
• Suggests improvements to processes and procedures that increases efficiencies or improves accuracy.
• Performs administrative duties necessary to meet objectives.
• Models the company’s culture, values and expected behaviors, representing the company in a positive and professional way.
• Provides back up support to the receptionist.
• Provides administrative support to other departments as assigned.
• Demonstrates regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
