Order Picker – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Order Picker
• Pay Rate: $22.25/hr
• Location: Lakeville, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 7AM-3:30PM.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Forklift Experience.
• Forklift Certification.
• 1 year warehouse experience Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• High school or equivalent.
• Required to lift 50lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Locate products using paper pick-slips and pull items from shelves accurately.
• Inspect items for damage or defects during the picking process.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and operate all equipment (manual pallet jacks, carts, etc.) according to safety protocols.
