Small/Medium Assembly Technician – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Small/Medium Assembly Technician
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$21.50/hr
• Location: Delano, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday–Thursday 7AM-5PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Technical background required.
• Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings (preferred).
• Familiarity and experience with hand and power tools (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with precision.
• Basic computer skills.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High drive and motivation to learn; on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble panels and wiring components based on detailed drawings and schematics.
• Use hand and minor power tools to complete various assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings for both panel and wiring assembly.
• Work efficiently with changing custom orders, maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Crosstrain in different departments.
• Ensure accuracy and functionality of assemblies before moving on to the next production cycle.
