    Starting the process

    First and foremost, we ask that all interested applicants complete our online application. This will help us learn more about your skills, qualifications, and background to determine if you might be a good fit for our team.

    Once we have received your application, one of our recruiters will review your qualifications and reach out to schedule an initial phone screening. This screening is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask any questions, you have about the job or Award Staffing.

    Finding the right job for you

    After the phone screening, if our team believes that you might be a good fit for one of our current job openings, we will present you with a few opportunities that we think you might be interested in.

    If you are interested in any of the job opportunities we present to you, we will then present you to our clients for further consideration. If our clients are interested in you for a job, we will work with you to schedule the next steps.

    If one of our clients wants to extend a job offer to you, we will work with you to complete all necessary assessments and documentation. This process can vary depending on the job and the client; this may include a drug screen, background check, or other tests depending on the job you are applying for.

    Begin your new career journey

    After completing all assessments and documentation, it will be time to start your new job assignment! We will work with you and the client to determine your start date and provide you with all the information you need to know to succeed in your new role.

    Throughout the course of your assignment, we will stay in touch with you to make sure that everything is going well and that you are happy with your job.

  • Find your forever employer

    After you have successfully completed your job assignment, you may be eligible to become a permanent employee of our client. If you are interested in this opportunity, we will work with you and the client to make the transition to permanent employment.
