Assembler – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Assembler
• Pay Rate Range: $29.14/Hour
• Location: Golden Valley, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM with required OT as needed
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months of previous experience in a manufacturing assembly type role
• Ability to stand for the full duration of shift.
• Ability to lift 35LBS.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.
• Creative thinking and idea generation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operate assigned equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Support the Operating System.
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
• Comply with all safety rules.
• Record and report production data.
• Analyze data and production reports.
• Set up and change over equipment.
• Analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
• Complete work, follow up and appropriate reporting on responsibilities.
• Focus on important information and identify key details.
