Assembler – Weekend Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Assembler
• Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
• Schedule: Weekend Shift Friday-Sunday 5AM-5:30PM with mandatory overtime.(Training: 5AM-2:30PM M-TH and Friday 5AM-9AM)
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly — this is physical work.
• Comfortable working with heavy sheet metal and industrial tools.
• Able to read blueprints, tape measures, and work orders.
• A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Looking for someone who’s hands-on, focused, safe, and dependable — someone who shows up ready to work and ready to contribute.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble metal hardware: hinges, latches, spring packages, and more.
• Assemble access panels as well as roofing and floor doors.
• Use hand and power tools confidently and safely.
• Perform quality checks.
• Keep your area clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-train in other roles to support team productivity.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
• Follow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work culture.
