About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$22.00/Hour
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Ability to improvise when needed
Ability to accurately count
Ability to read calipers and micrometer
Ability to read paperwork
Ability to read blueprints
Time management skills
Basic knowledge about CNC machines/CNC mill operations
Willingness to learn.
Must be able to stand during the entire shift and lift at least 40pounds.
Ability to lift 75lbs
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Good work ethic and attendance is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate a CNC lathe or CNC mill while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines.
Learn to adjust the machine controls.
Must pay close attention to detail to make sure that you are making good parts.
Decent math skills and mechanical aptitude are needed.
Will be required to look at blueprints and use inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers, training available.
