General Assembly – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: General Assembly
• Pay Rate: $16.50/Hour
• Location: Shakopee, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must have strong English skills.
• Will need to have minimal computer knowledge as we will train for the task at hand.
• Need attention to detail.
• Quality Conscious Employee.
• Follow Directions.
• Preferably experienced with hand kitting and assembly of parts such as marketing brochures and signage. Collating, hand folding, and picking materials from racking and checking part numbers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Entry level, performing general labor in a printing manufacturing plant.
• Will be processing mail orders for an Insurance Co.
• Willing to stand for the entire shift.
• Scanning & closing orders.
• Willing to cross train and do other duties as needed.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
