Manufacturing Associate – Rotating 12 Hour Day, 4th Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
• Pay Rate: $18.90/Hour
• Location: New Brighton, MN
• Schedule: 4th Shift, Su, W, Th (Week 1) & M, Tu, F, Sa (Week 2). 6:54am - 7pm, O/T is optional when available. May need to train on 2nd or 3rd shift until proper coverage is available for training down the road to cover the full 12 hours.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Lifting 25 pounds.
2. Repetitive motion.
3. Standing while running power equipment.
4. Firm grasping.
5. 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
6. Manual dexterity.
7. Standing for long durations of time.
8. Ability to move, twist, walk and grasp firmly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Perform assembly.
2. Interpreting written instructions.
3. Visual inspection.
4. Operating equipment like bagger, scale, microscope, or other tools.
5. Performing tasks while standing or sitting for the entire shift.
