• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-3:30PM with optional overtime
• Position Type: Direct Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in metal fabrication preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating roll, press brake, and shear equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with metal types and forming characteristics.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with measurement tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required.
• Tolerance for noise, heat, and industrial environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Metal Forming Technician to join our fabrication team. This role involves operating and maintaining metal forming equipment including rolls, press brakes, and shears to shape and cut metal components according to precise specifications.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metal properties, forming techniques, and blueprint reading.
• Operate metal forming equipment including roll machines, press brakes, and shears to fabricate parts from sheet and plate metal.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and setup requirements.
• Set up machines by selecting appropriate tooling, adjusting machine settings, and performing test runs.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and machine performance.
