Saw – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Saw
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$22.00/hr
• Location: Rogers, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM
• Overtime as needed plus occasional Saturdays.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Ability to perform quality inspections on finished products.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong work ethics and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must pass pre-hire background check and post-offer, pre-hire drug screen.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments such as calipers to perform tasks.
• Cut, shape, and bend metal using shears, saws, and other cutting tools.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Always adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
