Warehouse/Material Handler – 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Warehouse/Material Handler
• Pay Rate: $20.50/hr
• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 2:30PM-12AM & Friday 12PM-4PM (Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays)
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to chest.
• Strong computer and math skills.
• Forklift and inventory control experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate between departments to get answers and resolve issues.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

• Those who are mechanically inclined and enjoy hands-on work.

• Individuals who stay focused, even when the work gets tough.
• For training purposes, must be able to work a few weeks on 1st shift or do a split shift.
• Mandatory overtime as needed, including Saturdays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Keep warehouse and incoming dock areas organized and clean.
• Processing of paperwork and computer entries.
• Stock bins as needed on the manufacturing lines.
• Oversee equipment utilized in warehouse/receiving areas.
• Adequately store product to protect and minimize damage.
• Inventory cycle counting.
• Light assembly and kitting.
• Maintains and acts in a manner to promote a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
