What to Expect When Partnering with Us

It’s hard enough to find good, reliable people to work with. It would help if you didn’t have to worry about your staffing partner making your life more difficult.

We strive to act with integrity and transparency throughout the staffing process. From the very first conversation, we will learn about your staffing needs and what’s most important to you. We’ll ask a lot of questions to find the best candidates for your open positions.

We know that your time is valuable, and if you are interested in partnering with Award Staffing, here’s what you can expect our process to look like:

  • Understanding Your Staffing Needs

    1

    An initial conversation

The first step is to have a brief conversation with one of our Account Managers, who will get to know your business and what types of positions you are looking to fill. We are often asking basic qualifying questions such as the number of positions you are looking to fill, what the job duties entail, pay, and shifts.

Once we have a reasonable understanding of your business and what you are looking for, we will schedule a formal meeting with you in person or via conference call if a mutual partnership seems like a good fit.

  • A deep dive into your company and culture

We are committed to finding the right people for the right jobs. We will also learn about your company culture and the specific skills and qualifications you are looking for in a candidate.

At this meeting, we will want to learn more in-depth information about your business. This time together, we focus on detailed qualifying questions about your business, such as your company’s culture, values, mission, goals, what’s working, and what’s not working. We want to know your business as if it were our own.

    2

    Getting to Know Your Business

  • Establishing Terms and Conditions

    3

    Putting together a contractual agreement

After getting to know your business, we will discuss terms and conditions. This is where we will talk about price, conversion hours, and billing terms. We will also provide you with a copy of our Master Service Agreement for your review.

  • Putting safety first

There is nothing more critical to us than the safety of our associates. Therefore, once we have our Master Service Agreement signed by both parties, we will verify your safety protocols. This process includes a walk-through of your facility and a review of your safety practices from PPE to COVID-19 policies.

    4

    Verifying Safety Protocols

  • Onboarding Your Business

    5

Dotting our "i’s" and crossing our "t’s"

After we have reviewed your safety protocols, our team’s next step is to get all documentation and paperwork finalized in our systems. This process includes setting up your Company Profile in our database and collecting the necessary tax forms.

Also, during this time, our account management team is showcasing your organization, and employment needs to our recruiters. They are also hand-selecting a team of recruiters that will work on your account and have the best skillsets for your industry and positions.

  • Our team will find you the right candidates

Now that our team understands your business and employment needs, we will start to source and screen candidates for your open positions.

The goal of this process is to identify the best talent in the market and send you a select group of qualified candidates for your review. Our recruiters will work with you to facilitate hiring processes unique to your organization. Once candidates are identified, we schedule a start date and time with our associate to begin their work assignment.

    6

    Making First Candidate Placement

  • Continues Support and Dialogue

    7
