The reason for this is that they might be able to provide a satisfactory explanation that sets your perception straight and avoids discord in the company. Always ask for an explanation before you jump to conclusions.

It just feels better when you can trust your employees and give them the benefit of the doubt. You’ll be less stressed and more able to spend time doing what you do best – running your business.
