MIG Welder (Aluminum & Steel) – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: MIG Welder (Aluminum & Steel)
• Pay Rate: $30.00/hr
• Location: Medina, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Strong aluminum welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience setting up welding machines and adjusting settings for various materials and thicknesses.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and use hand tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment based on material and project requirements.
• Fabricate and assemble parts according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work independently while meeting production deadlines.
• Associate is responsible for obtaining own Welding Helmet.
