Assembler – 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Assembler
• Pay Rate Range: $20.00-$24.00/hr
• Location: Medina, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and pneumatic tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Required to lift 50 lbs. and use hand tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to work instructions and drawings.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.
