Solderer – 2nd Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Solderer
• Pay Rate Range: $24.00-$28.00/hr
• Location: Medina, MN
• Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4PM-2:30AM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing setting required; through-hole and/or surface mount experience is a plus.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and wiring.
• Ability to use hand tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Client will test soldering skills before the candidate starts.
• Required top lifting and carrying 25lbs.
• Required to Sit most of the day.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Solder electronic components, wires, connectors, and circuit boards according to specifications.
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in industrial scale systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of assembled components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Assist with other production and assembly tasks as needed.
