Cleanroom Installer and Fabricator – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Cleanroom Installer and Fabricator
• Pay Rate Range: $27.00-$35.00/hr
• Location: Burnsville, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM (optional overtime)
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Must be willing to travel locally and nationally for 1-3 weeks per project.
• Valid driver’s license.
• One year of residential or commercial construction experience.
• Knowledge of construction trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety measures and procedures.
• Proficient at the following tasks: Setting walls and doors plumb, hanging doors, read blueprints, utilize appropriate math skills.
• Read a tape measure to 1/16”.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must be prompt, courteous, and professional at all times while in the shop and at customer sites.
• Must be willing to work alone or with others taking and providing direction as required by the situation.
• Willingness to grow and expand knowledge base.
• Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help.
• Able to complete and fulfill paperwork required for personal time sheets in a timely manner.
• Able to understand and resolve problems common to onsite construction.
• Able to use table saw, miter saw, hand tools, measuring devices, ladders and light truck or van.
• Willing to obtain a DOT Card.
• Able to lift and carry 60lbs.
• Able to stand and walk and perform duties for entire shift.
• Able to traverse a ladder.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• The Installer fabricates, assembles, and installs cleanrooms, and other products in house and on job sites in accordance with established procedures and quality levels.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and verbal instructions to successfully complete job to customer requirements.
• Complete tasks assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Accurately measure and fabricate parts from a cut list.
• Assist in fabricating and packing parts for delivery to job site.
• Assist with installation and assembly of products in the field and shop.
• Participate in all safety trainings.
• Assist in completing Punch list items. Ensure areas are clean and remove excess materials and debris as needed.
• Complete OSHA 10-hour safety course.
• Complete office and job documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintenance of company-owned tools, equipment, and materials.
• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording inventory.
