Order Filler (Heavy) – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Order Filler (Heavy)
• Pay Rate: $18.00/Hour
• Location: Lino Lakes, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3PM with optional O/T.
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
1. Ability to read and understand work orders or pick lists.
2. Basic math skills (counting, weights, quantities).
3. Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.
4. Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience (helpful but not always required).
5. Ability to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
6. Good time management and reliability.
7. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
8. Lifting 35lbs.
9. Standing for long durations of time.
10. Will be bending, twisting, and stooping throughout the day.
11. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently fill orders to the specifications of each client.
2. Maintain a high level of accuracy.
3. Maintain a standard pick rate (or better) established for each customer.
4. Accurately utilize RF hand-held guns when necessary.
5. Properly prepare orders for shipment to the specifications of each client.
6. Assist in training new employees and temporary employees in Order Fill procedures as needed.
7. Other duties as assigned by Area Lead or Area Supervisor.
