Plate Roller – 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Plate Roller
• Pay Rate Range: $25.00-$33.00/hr
• Location: Saint Paul, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5AM-3:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire

Requirements and Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience operating a plate rolling machine.
• Prior experience in a metal fabrication environment.
• Working Knowledge of mathematics.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate plate rolling machine to produce parts per print and within tolerance.
• Read and interpret blueprints including dimensions and tolerances.
• Use measurement tools to inspect parts and verify quality standards are met.
• Clean machine and work area as necessary during and at the end of each shift.
• Use ERP system to clock-in, clock-out, record job times and quantities, etc.
• Verify material specifications and type before starting rolling operations.
• Works with department lead to perform and schedule service and repair of plate rolling machine.
