Call Center Operator:
This job consists of working in a heavy telephone call environment. Must receive inbound calls and be able to politely assist customer requests. Such requests consist of directing calls, answering questions, and providing requested information. Must be able to use a switchboard or directory, manage multiple telephone lines at one time, and perform other clerical duties.
